We woke up today with our unit froze up. Called yall and it was after hours but Eloy came out and was extremely nice and helpful. He wasn't here very long and got us up and running again. I would totally recommend yall to anyone that needs air conditioning needs.

We just had two new indoor and outdoor units put in the office of our nonprofit office as part of post Harvey reconstruction. Robert and his entire staff took great care of us, from the office staff to the guys who did the installation. They made sure we were getting high quality equipment without breaking our budget. They have even followed up with us to make sure we are happy and that everything’s working like we expected. Signed out preventative maintenance contract today to make sure our units last for long time.
I have used innovative air for several years in my restaurant Spankys Bar & Grill they have always been very responsive to my needs and are always there ASAP . I highly recommend Robert and his staff customer service is excellent. Stephanie is always a pleasure to talk to and is always a big help when we need a solution to a problem.
