An immediate response from conscientious folks in the midst of hurricane recovery. Couldn't ask for more!
They installed a new unit (inside and outside) for us at the end of the summer last year. The crew showed up as scheduled and completed the job on time. They were very conscientious and made sure they left everything in good order. My wife was home during the install and said the crew was very professional. We have been very pleased with the operation of the unit and would choose this company again if we had it all to do over again.

One of the best things we did was purchase an extended service agreement with Innovative Air, we are in a home with an older HVAC system that needs a little extra attention. Robert and his team have always been available with prompt response to any of our HVAC request. When the air is blowing hot and mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy.
Best Ac company ever ! I had to get a new unit & they loaned me a window unit until It came in . The techs were great & office staff !!!
