We contacted Innovation Refunds in late 2022 to apply for ERTC. This entire experience has been very positive. Their representatives explained the program thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Once the paperwork was submitted they continued to keep in touch with me by phone or email. The entire process took from November 2022 to July 2023. We started the process early in 2023 and once all the paperwork was submitted to the *** we started to receive our checks approximately four months later.
