Great company to work with in obtaining ERTC dollars through this US government program. Easy to sign up for and quick to find out if your company qualifies. To date, we have received all 6 of the 6 quarters we applied for through Innovation Refunds. No money required up front, frequent follow-***************** by Innovation staff (************************* was very helpful and responsive in keeping us updated). Would definitely recommend to any business that would qualify for an Employee Refund Tax Credit.

Overall, the experience has been pretty good so far. I have received all of my refunds and have paid out the 25% to IR. I am a little worried if I should get audited in the next 3 years if IR will still be in business to take part in the audit. My CPA didn't think I qualified but the folks at IR assured me I was. We'll see.Also, I know I will come out ahead in the end but, a little curious as to how much I will actually walk away with after paying IR, paying additional taxes, and paying the fees to my CPA.Only downside is IR... read more
