This company sent a random email to me asking for further information on my employees for the ERC credi. I never emailed them and my own accountant already did this. They just searched Doximity and found my email and sent an email to me acting as if I needed to send additional information for “my application.” This way the email was worded made it sound as if we had already been working together. We worked with Julie at Innovation Refunds to get back Covid Tax Relief funds for payroll taxes paid in 2020 and 2021. They asked for information, we provived that information and they did the rest. We received our credits and refunds! Their fee was reasonable. They were extremely easy to work with!

A big shout out to Frank Way and Josh Cohen and all the people with Innovation Refunds. I was skeptical of applying for the Employee Retention Credit with the number of scams going around but I decided to try. We have received the first check for over $26,000 and that is just for one quarter in 2021. We have several more checks to come. You have to have patience because the IRS is slow in working them.
