Submitted all the paperwork to Innovation January 2023 and have not received a refund yet. I understand that it could take months to process, but was told by the agent that my guaranteed date to receive the funds was May 24, 2023 it didn't happen. I was also told that a check was in their office with my name on it and they were waiting to receive a link from the IRS to direct deposit..well that never happened as well. Please watch out for these types of companies.
Used this company for the ERC tax credit. Everyone is very knowledgeable and their expertise in their field has been so helpful. Filed the paperwork in February with the IRS and as to date my checks started coming through. This is definitely a company that I would recommend, and have recommended to my fellow business owners.
Innovation Refunds has been great to deal with. Chavis has been extremely helpful during the process. Very quick to reply to any of my questions. He made the process so much easier.
This company sent a random email to me asking for further information on my employees for the ERC credi. I never emailed them and my own accountant already did this. They just searched Doximity and found my email and sent an email to me acting as if I needed to send additional information for “my application.” This way the email was worded made it sound as if we had already been working together. We worked with Julie at Innovation Refunds to get back Covid Tax Relief funds for payroll taxes paid in 2020 and 2021. They asked for information, we provived that information and they did the rest.
