As advertised, Innovation Refunds made the process easy and fulfilled their end of the bargain. ***** (Way) got the ball rolling and **** (*****) carried it across the line for us. Great customer service and communication. You really do get a personal consult and all of my questions and follow-up questions were answered in a timely manner, if not immediately.

These guys were great all the way through! Although we had to do some work with reading and signing documents, they did the explanation, double and triple checking. &Yes, we did pay them 25% for their service, but it was well worth it, didn't pay until our checks from the *** were cashed, and we would not have received the credit without Innovations' help.

After seeing an email from Innovation Refunds, we filled out the form and submitted, received a notice that we qualified for the *** Credits. We worked with *************************** at first and then switched to Juwlor ***** when the notices and checks started coming in. We received our first notice on June 5th and a check shortly after that. I had a great experience working with this company, especially working with **********************. She was easy to work with and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. I have received all the funds that I qualified, much more then I had anticipated in a very timely manner. My local CPA was not as helpful at all, in fact didnt even want to take this is as he was to busy. I highly recommend them to you.
