We had heard the advertising but were reluctant to call them. Then an acquaintance with a business told us that he had worked with IR and how professional and helpful they were. So we contacted them and began the process. We worked with Michael ***** and he kept us informed the whole process from start to finish with emails and phone calls. They did a great job. We could not have figured this out without them.

Chavis Keller most-recently provided an excellent status report, reaching out to me by phone to inform me of our 4-month milestone, and he was very helpful. I was in the middle of important business, and he was very succinct, and informative on expected timing of refund receipt expectations. Like most people, the first person that I reached out to was my payroll company. They are also a CPA and I was surprised to hear that I would be wasting my time in pursuing the ERC. Innovation refund did an excellent job for us. The application process was fairly easy and we received the refund that was promised to us from the IRS We are a small wholesale bakery and we were struggling due to inflation and had a difficult time dealing with the increased cost of the raw materials Thanks to Jacob ***, Ryan **** and Matt ****** to get us out refund from the IRS.
