We had heard the advertising but were reluctant to call them. Then an acquaintance with a business told us that he had worked with IR and how professional and helpful they were. So we contacted them and began the process. We worked with Michael ***** and he kept us informed the whole process from start to finish with emails and phone calls. They did a great job. I was in the middle of important business, and he was very succinct, and informative on expected timing of refund receipt expectations. Like most people, the first person that I reached out to was my payroll company. They are also a CPA and I was surprised to hear that I would be wasting my time in pursuing the ERC.
