Our team David and Taylar made this whole process so easy and simple and stress-free. They told me what documents I needed to gather and submit and made the whole process so doable. They were very patient and professional in answering all of our questions and concerns. We appreciate all of their help with everything. They kept us updated all along the process. We'll be referring any other qualifying businesses that we know to IR.

At first I was very skeptical of all the companies trying to get me to sign up for ERC. I first went with another company and at the very end before signing I felt very uneasy and backed out. I did a little research for a reputable company who offered assistance should there be an IRS audit. Innovation Refunds helped assure me they would be there should there be an audit. I can't remember how we heard about Innovation Refunds, but from the beginning of the process all the way through, the team that we were privileged to work with (Frank, Tracey and Chavis) have been so on point with their communication with us, keeping us up to date on where we were in our ERC Credit process, and super professional. We are so glad we found them! I would recommend using them to anyone that might have this credit available to them.

We started the process by contacting Matt ***** who was very helpful. After Matt we worked with Ryan ****, again very helpful and patient in getting all the necessary information to them. One of our partners heard about Innovation Refunds on the Michael Berry show. We checked into it and it turned out to be a great company with great staff. We applied for the ERC Refund and within 4 months we received our refund. I highly recommend this company. Innovation Refunds helped me get the full value of my Employee Retention Tax Credit. They were extremely professional and efficient. The time that was required from me was kept to a minimum. I have to admit at the beginning I thought this might be a scam of some sort, for that was in the summer of 2022 and I had not heard of the ERC. But Innovation Refunds was very professional, and any doubts I had were soon quelled.
