I would be wary of this company. I think they are a heavy marketing operation that used radio advertising to create a huge demand for the service. They have a bank of telemarketers that do the follow-up and try to get all of your information properly entered onto their portal. This part appeared to go pretty well, as they aggressively worked with me to get all of my information into the portal or if I sent a file to them, they would enter that file into the portal for me. Innovation Refunds kept us informed every step of the way. It was so worth it to take the time to fill out the initial questionnaire, which enabled us to know an approximate amount we would receive at the end of the process. Knowing that estimated amount motivated us to work the process through, so that our business may benefit. I highly recommend their services. They were very professional and they will keep us updated as we await the payout.
