Everything is so well planned, from temperature and lighting, to seating options, to the structure of the classes, and the complimentary tea... Its not intimidating. It's not a cult. It's just a wonderful place to sit with yourself.

The serenity that I have felt twice walking out of Innergy is addicting. I am beyond impressed with the experience thus far and encourage anyone who has ever even considered meditating to visit.
