Happy to have recently discovered this serene oasis nestled in Miami Beach. The studio offers unique meditation classes led by wonderful guides. I'm a fan of Aroma 30, where you're invited to explore an essential oil and sit with its energetic properties and quietly observe any inner resonance. A sound bath is offered almost every day, which is perfect for calming and resetting the nervous system. There's also amazing tea on tap, a well-curated retail area, and lovely staff on hand to ensure you're always comfortable.
It’s a real treat to unwind in such a relaxing environment. Paul, Andrea and their staff create a purposeful atmosphere. I especially enjoy the MUSE meditation where I can see the progress I am making in my meditations.

Wonderful new meditation space on South Beach. . .perfect little oasis to help escape the hustle & bustle of beach life offering meditation classes with a dynamic line up of skilled practitioners. Warm & friendly staff and the vision and story of the owner and founder is inspiring!! I highly recommend making a visit and seeing for yourself.
