RecommendedA studio that offers many different types of meditation had my full attention. Only 3 weeks in and my closest friends couldn’t stop commenting on the many positive changes. Some subtle, others quite different. Sustained energy and focus throughout my personal life is most rewarding as I’ve only mastered these at the office. The genuine warm welcome present throughout the staff and patrons is clearly an expression of it’s management.

This place is truly amazing !! A gem on Lennox ave . People who work and go there are super friendly no judgments not boujee no labels ..
INNERGY meditation is a wonderful relaxing environment with a very knowledgeable roster of instructors. Everyone is supportive, helpful, compassionate and willing to go the “extra mile” to answer questions and/or concerns. Classes are multifaceted and approach meditation from many different modalities. The sound, aroma and shaking experiences are very different than what I imagined meditation to be like. My wife & I both love the vibe there. PAUL & Andrea, the owners are very warm and wonderful people.

Sujal's Stretch45 class was truly transformational. It was a very enlightening discourse and journey into the human body and mind, and an eye-opening experience that combined conscious breathing and long stretches for an enhanced meditation. The guidance of this class allowed me to truly "stretch" further, both physically and mentally.
RecommendedFirst experience was amazing. I’m generally not able to relax and focus on just one thing at a time. The teacher helped me find that calm place we all need sometimes
