Members represent a diverse population ranging in age from 3 years to 80 years old, both males and females, every race and ethnicity. Families can practice together or kids classes allow parents to enjoy their practice while their child practices in another room. Kids classes have a viewing window so parents can observe their child if they choose.

Love this place, corinne and erin are amazing. If this is your first time they make you feel comfortable. Great energy! Ive been taking corinne's classes for a month and have never felt better, shes an amazing mentor. Someone who truly cares about your individual practice.
