Families can practice together or kids classes allow parents to enjoy their practice while their child practices in another room. Kids classes have a viewing window so parents can observe their child if they choose.

This is a wonderful Yoga studio. I’m a beginner and everyone of the instructors takes the time to clearly explain the different positions and help you get in the correct position if needed. I highly recommend Inner Phoenix Yoga for all level of people that want to try for the first time or those that are advanced. They have classes for all levels.
I love this place! anytime I'm stressed or need to just stretch it out, this is the place! Everyone, from the owner to the receptionist, is also great. It's the place to be

They are all great! They are very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. They have so may different class options of yoga I didn’t even know existed! They also have an app which makes life so much easier so you can just click the app, look through the classes for that day or the whole week and book your spot a head of time, very convenient! I love this place! Would definitely recommend!!
It’s fun and it help you in a lots of ways ,you body , mind , stress and it makes you feel good physically and mentally I love it �
