Members represent a diverse population ranging in age from 3 years to 80 years old, both males and females, every race and ethnicity. Families can practice together or kids classes allow parents to enjoy their practice while their child practices in another room. Kids classes have a viewing window so parents can observe their child if they choose.

I have been to many yoga studios and this is by far my favorite! Everyone is so welcoming and always happy. It definitely brightens my day. Yoga here challenges my body and my mind, sending me to a better and healthier day.
HEROyoga is one of the best clases I've ever taken! Corrine is very supportive and encouraging. Very clean, and everytime I walk in I am greeted by smiling, motivating faces. Can't wait to bring all my friends here!

I have been taking classes here for over a month now and I am so obsessed with this studio. I have taken classes with Corinne, Erin, and Carissa and they are all so kind. I have never meet such sweet hearted people. Each instructor really wants to help you further your Yoga practice. Carissa even stayed late the other day to show me a pose that would really help my bad back. They go out of their way to make sure your yoga experience is amazing. Inner Phoenix class is wonderful. For me it relieves my stress and declutters my mind. Corinne Atkins is a perfect instructor talented and compassionate communicator. The whole Herbalife participation is a plus because it motivates me to succeed in all my endeavors. I would recommend this yoga class to anyone.

I've been here for 2 weeks and I absolutely love the instructor Corrine!! I'm new to yoga and the experience has been amazing! I totally look forward to Tuesday's and Thursday's for a very non-traditional workout. Clearly no pain no gain!! The energy from everyone participating is awesome!!
