Members represent a diverse population ranging in age from 3 years to 80 years old, both males and females, every race and ethnicity. Families can practice together or kids classes allow parents to enjoy their practice while their child practices in another room. Kids classes have a viewing window so parents can observe their child if they choose.

Inner Phoenix Yoga is an amazing place to be if you want to start taking your body to the next level of health. I am new to yoga and Inner Phoenix yoga has gone above and beyond to take care of me. I love inner phoenix yoga, the classes are so fun and relaxing. I come to get into shape and and streaghing my mind and body. My new favorite workout is Ashtanga.
My husband surprised me with a three month unlimited membership and I have to say that I'm fully enjoying myself! I really like the teachings of Erin and Carrisa! I love that there's no pressure or judgement and it's honestly a super fun environment. �
