I’m writing this review at midnight as we are stranded with our baby with no accommodations as well as no response from owner and no way to contact the owner!!! I booked the honeymoon suite for my husband and I and our baby. I let them know in advance we will be checking in late, they said they will be sending me the information leading up to the reservation. Welcome to the Hotel of horrors.... Horrible Experience – Bedbugs, No Help from Staff, and a Ruined Trip I’m leaving this review because I believe it’s important to warn others. We booked two rooms at this hotel — one for our child and one for my husband and me. We checked in around 5 or 6 PM, unpacked, and went for a walk. We returned around 9 PM. Inn St Helena is a lovely Victorian-age inn, which is divided between two houses. It is furnished with beautiful period antiques. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent beds and private bathrooms. The house we were in has a modern shared kitchen, living room, and TV room. There is off-street parking behind the houses. The included breakfast is excellent.
