We absolutely loved this place. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. But the best part was Patrice, the innkeeper. Wonderful cook and one of the nicest people you wi ever meet.
Spent a delightful few days at this lovely inn. Ideal location, warm reception, room very well appointed and exceeded my expectation. Paige, the innkeeper couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Heartily recommend.
Edit: I am editing my initial 1 star review for below. The inn keeper got in contact with me the day or two after our initial check in day. She was super apologetic and took ownership of the issue. She wanted to make things up to us as best as she could. We did end up going back there for our last night of stay. The sweetheart suite was spacious and very clean. It had all basic amenities. EXCELLENT!!! The inn is spotless, the staff is awesome (Patrice helped us), and the breakfast was amazing. I will definitely stay here again given the first opportunity. Perfect location to explore St. Helena! What a fantastic stay in St Helena. Thanks guys for making the experience even more enjoyable.
I’m writing this review at midnight as we are stranded with our baby with no accommodations as well as no response from owner and no way to contact the owner!!! I booked the honeymoon suite for my husband and I and our baby. I let them know in advance we will be checking in late, they said they will be sending me the information leading up to the reservation.
