El hotel está ubicado en un lugar céntrico y tranquilo, ideal para recorrer la ciudad de Chicago y la atención muy buena.
Hated it. It was by far the worst hotel i've ever been to. The room don't look nothing like the pictures on their web sight. I gave the bell boy my bag to put in my car and he never did. I got all the way home which was two hours away because of the weather and has to go all the way back for my stuff. The bellboy watched is drive off and never said not one thing about our stuff
Rooms are average but staff was awesome!!!!

Internet is not working here. It is impossible to browse the web, its literally 0.05 Mbps, I PAID $10/day for 1 Mbps. Problem is visible not on the laptop, but iPhone as well. Their front desk is unable to help.
