Great hotel! I usually don't care for boutique hotels but this one is awesome! Everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. I wish all my hotels stays could be as good!! I will stay here on all future visits.
We have stayed in many high end hotels all over but the Inn at the 5th is special, we love this place and would recommend to all when staying in eugene. We are really bummed though we recently heard through grapevine that our favorite staff member Ciara is leaving. If I owned the Inn I would do whatever I could to keep her right where she is, she is delightful, thoughtful and such a pleasure to deal with. We traveled to Eugene for a conference. The Inn at the 5th was exceptional. The staff were friendly. The complimentary glass of wine was a nice touch. We highly recommend the Inn at the 5th! Thank you so much!
Great little inn. Nice, clean, cute, great service, relaxing, quiet. Complimentary glass of wine at check in. Complimentary drinks & snacks available in the lobby during stay. Lobby staff was kind, attentive and helpful. We had a fireplace and window seat in our room. Shops, food and wine tasting steps away. Close to downtown. Eight minute drive to University of Oregon. One of the neatest hotels at which I've ever stayed. Staff was so helpful and wrote personal notes to us every day thanking us for staying with them. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and make sure our needs were met. Walking distance to so many shops & restaurants.
