This place was phenomenal! From the greeting when we first arrived (wine included) to the drop off and pick up for dinner! Customer service was amazing, room was clean and beautiful, and the 5th Street Market right next door was awesome. Stay here if you plan on staying in Eugene, we will be back!

A wonderful boutique hotel. Well located for our purposes. We have stayed there a number of times and will be back?
An excellent hotel all round. Staff are outstanding - always helpful, friendly. This hotel has a lot of extra touches that others could learn from. The gas fire in the room makes them very cosy. The dumb waiter hatch that allows room service food to be delivered without staff having to come in to your room! The complimentary snacks and drinks servers in Reception. Marche restaurant and bar is good. Adjacent food hall and a number of restaurants around the hotel.
Great people and very impressive rooms. However, when you call your hotel "valet only" and you have to park your own car because no valet came outside...you shouldn't charge for overnight parking. Would have given 5 stars otherwise. Would recommend.
