RecommendedWe had a fantastic stay! The best customer service I’ve experienced at a hotel, hands down. Great location- tons of close restaurants we were able to walk to. Aveda spa on the first floor was a huge bonus! The room was clean and cozy! We will definitely be back!
EVERYONE is sooo nice, helpful, caring, cheerful....free beer or wine when you check in...WHAT? The ADA pet friendly room was perfect, and clean and smelled like a pet had never been in there. They provided a pet bed and food/water bowl for my husband's service dog. Aveda hair and bath products in the bathroom which I love. Decor was beautiful. By far one of our favorite places to stay in Eugene. The rooms are comfortable, the people are nice and the outdoor areas are so pretty.
Great place to eat and shop and you don’t even have to drive anywhere to get there. The inn is so close to everything.

Outstanding service and amenities. Location, in the market district downtown and right by the performing arts center, couldn't be better.
