Love this place. Clean, mostly quiet, jetted tub in my room and a butlers pantry for contactless food delivery. We come here a few times and year and recommend it to anyone.

Very nice and comfortable hotel
Fantastic service, even when limited by COVID. Every room has a Butler Pantry where hotel staff can deliver ordered-in food, drinks, etc with zero contact. Very well appointed rooms, perfect for an escape from reality with your special someone. I travel a lot and am extremely impressed we have a hotel in Eugene that meets a high bar!
My wife and I have been together for over 7 years. We have been married for 1. Our anniversary is October 31st. This is a very special night for us and the decision was made to go out to an over the top amazing restaurant and stay the night at an over the top amazing hotel. My wife and I tried to stay and celebrate our anniversary on October 30th 2020. We were met at the locked doors by a very unwelcoming, very unfriendly clerk. Asking us what we were doing and informing us we were lost and "this was only a place for paying guests". Upon informing him we have paid and were there to check in he had us stay put in the lobby while he said he would check the computer system to "go ahead and confirm we were mistaken". Unique with ambiance and just a fun place to stay!
We have stayed here for multiple Valentine’s days and then for our wedding night. Always a great stay-cation. The staff over the past 5 years has always been so accommodating and the rooms are always so clean. Tonight we stayed for our anniversary. They sent us to our room with wine and when we came back from dinner, there was a hand written card on our table wishing us a happy anniversary. The personal touches can’t be beat. Best hotel I’ve stayed at from New York to the west coast. I just love it here.
