Some confusion about move in date, but that was resolved. Rent will need to be paid by cashier's check, money order, or credit card for a fee if it's a day late. There's no option to pay with a normal check or bank draft so you will need to run to the bank. Going on three years living at IP. A beautiful community with a highly professional Office Staff along with a fantastic Maintenance Staff. All concerns and requests are handled timely and professionally. Great location! Property very well maintained. Love calling IP home!
