Going on three years living at IP. A beautiful community with a highly professional Office Staff along with a fantastic Maintenance Staff. All concerns and requests are handled timely and professionally. Great location! Property very well maintained. Love calling IP home!
Great office and maintenance staff. Some confusion about move in date, but that was resolved. Rent will need to be paid by cashier's check, money order, or credit card for a fee if it's a day late. There's no option to pay with a normal check or bank draft so you will need to run to the bank. If the goal was to receive funds as soon as possible, I would expect the bank draft to be acceptable. Moving from South Florida to Raleigh, NC was a big step, but the team at Inman Park Apartments made it such a smooth and easy transition. The apartments are beautiful, modern, and incredibly spacious. The balcony space is one of the largest I’ve ever had! I am very happy that I chose to move to Inman Park when I relocated to Raleigh a couple months ago. All the good reviews it gets are well deserved. I love my apartment, the area, and I have met many friendly neighbors. It is nice and quiet and peaceful. It is very pet friendly, and a great place to be if you have a dog.
