I have been camping at Inks Lake for 60 years. Worst camping experience ever. Literally 18 tents in the next camp site with approximately 30 teenage boys being teenagers. One of them even had trumpet that he would play before the sun came up and at 10 o'clock at night. Can you imagine what it sounds like on a Friday night at about 9pm listening to 18 tents worth of tent stakes being hammered into the ground?

Spent the day here back in December. We really enjoyed our hike around the Devil's Waterhole. The restrooms look new, and are kept clean. We hope to come back for a camping trip.

very relaxing. staff was very friendly. They where willing to let us relocate our campsite due to local and surrounding area boy Scouts that surrounded us. But we decided to stay at our siteand had a great time. We will definitely be back

We spent 4 days here in our RV and didn’t want to leave. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The park and facilities were clean and well cared for. The park store had anything you would need for a day visit or camping overnight. We hiked the trails, swam at Devils Waterhole and rented kayaks to explore the lake. This park is also convenient to visit other area attractions as well. We drove to Enchanted Rock one day and Longhorn Cavern another. We will definitely return to Inks Lake in the near fu... read more

this is a great park for our family. I've read the negative comments and feel like it was just something that didnt meet "their" needs. the park is great, the staff were kind and my kids really enjoyed it. this park is on our list to visit again.
