Service was great and sales person was very knowledgeable about the product, service and installation.
nfinity Home did a great job on my gutters and gutter helmet. Tina helped out with the inspection.
They did a conversion of our tub/shower to a walk in shower a few years ago. In February 2023 we discovered while cleaning the shower wall that there was a "bubble" in a 2'x3' section where the acrylic panel was coming loose from the wall behind. We contacted the sales rep who came out and looked and the problem and took video. 6 weeks (an a number of calls) we finally got a call saying that they had received guidance on how to resolve the problem and were working on scheduling. High pressure sales and if you have a significant other, they must be home when the salesman comes, or they won't schedule appointment. Salesman over-promised an issue would be remediated/lessened and/or fixed if we had them do some work. Well, let me tell you, it did not fix the problem. It actually made the issue worse!!! A service technician came out to look at the work and stated it was not done correctly in December and the company would follow-up shortly thereafter. Watch OUT.!!.High pressure salesmen and other employees who are dishonest. Once they have your money there is no customer service understanding of issues. They got over $4000 for doing a job other contractor did for $1000 (and did No Work) Don't know how they sleep!! Suggest using other contractor in the area. Sign nothing until you check around even though they will give you a "discount" if sign when they are there. Poor family who had a death and they still made them pay. If it is veteran owned, a very greedy vet.
Don't do it! It took 3 tries to get my *************. The salesperson never called back even after leaving numerous messages for him. Install personnel are noot familiar with all of the specs for what they are doing. They do not clean up thier mess. Terrible experience.

After his 30 minute high pressure sales pitch outside he insisted on going into the house to complete the quote. I told him that was not necessary and to finish the quote and email it. He refused to quote unless we went into the house. After a 5 minute argument he kept insisting and I finally asked him to leave 3 times and he refused. They got the job done. But didn't care about ruining and stepping on the plants . If I had a choice I probably would of gone with a different company.
