!st contact was officce and was told that they are not taking any new clients at the present time. Once we had storm damage in my area they were very accommodating. They came out and gave an estimate that I gave approval to. Sales rep was very professional and definitely wanted to make sure he did everything correctly. Repair techs replaced the gutters and helmet. Have mixed feelings about that since the one that was the newbie did most of the work his way. Could of had a better team working together. Personnel was very professional. The sales consultant shared with me options for completing my deck as well as information regarding start and completion. She helped me choose the option to clean, sand, and paint the surface. Paint was peeling and extremely unsightly before the process was begun. The deck looks amazing now, and the existing wood looked new prior to it being stained in the color I desired. The job was completed on time as scheduled. Infinity Home did a great job.

Had to remove gutter helmet prior to having a new roof installed on a short two week schedule. The installer showed up on time to remove previous installed gutter helmets as well as to reinstall and add new sections once the new roof was installed. The scheduler & installer were very professional and the job was completed in a very timely manner, a rare occurrence in todays world!
they did s very good job, They were on time n and got the job done on time, I would recommend them to others.
I think the work they did was very unprofessional. They charged me $3,000 to install 2 windows. They were supposed to wrap the windows with siding to match but they DID NOT. Also, they scratched up the outside of my house with their ladders and didn't take care of it when they left.
