Love my new, enlarged window. Exactly what I wanted. Not too sure that casement window was the best choice, but it's not a problem. Yes, I will recommend this company. I want to add: Jeremy Smith of Newago, MI - installed my beautiful window in February! Needed to shovel 5" of accumulated snow. I had minimal heat loss due to a floor to ceiling plastic barrier, and there was barely any clean -up. Skilled craftsman!!!
Quality installation. Scheduling communication was adequate but I did have to initiate the contact to find out when they would be out after a schedule delay. Office staff was friendly. Overall satisfied with the job.
Infinity Home Improvement does this: they charge a high, though reasonable price, for work after requiring that both adults be home for their sales person's visit. Then, if the work is wrong or it needs repair (for a lifetime guaranteed gutter) they require BOTH adults to be home so they may send their sales person out to try to sell you something you don't want and probably don't need. Infinity did a great job replacing the roof. Very polite and cleaned up everything as promised. The roofers kept us informed every step of installing with reports & pictures of progress. It was a 1 day job. Fast and efficient.
Very professional, everything about this project experience was great. The crew cleaned up after themselves and were able to finish the deck in a timely manner. The follow up customer service is excellent, we look forward to having more projects done with them.

Infinity is trying to rip me off, I asked for insulation for my add on room, Drew sat in my living room and lied straight to me and my fiance, he told me that he had and insulation paint and I wouldn't have any type of breeze and it was also sound proof, so he sent a guy to install the insulation only the guy knew was to paint my room, so now they want me to pay 3407 $ for a paint job, I refuse to pay for something I didn't get, so now I'm being threatened with lein.on my house, it's a shame what they are trying to do,.I am ... read more

On March 3rd, I visited with **** and his Fiancé at their residence in Grand Rapids. **** had an addition on the back of the home that wasn't holding heat in the winter. He took me into the room and we gave the room an inspection. He had 2x4 wall construction as well as 2x8 low slope pitch ceiling. **** thought he needed more insulation in the walls and ceiling, but there was no more room for additional insulation. I ordered gutters from Infinity Home Improvement on April 1 of 2021. I was told 6 weeks as part was a custom order. By the first week of June I had not heard from the company and I had to call a couple of times to finally get ahold of Thom, the manager of installation. He was very nice and apologetic and said that the order just arrived and we set up an installation date.
