I wish I could give these guys 0 stars. They did not allow us to choose any colors for our roof that we had done and they refused to listen to needs relative to having a wheelchair. Elliot measured the existing deck and planned out the extension to have wheelchair accessibility and a patio set out there. When builders arrived, the deck started the wrong size and then they charged us an extra 10k for what we originally wanted and explicitly explained. Dylan was so informative and very friendly. She is an asset to the company. We had a deck quote and were able to get several options.
Non stop harassing phone calls. I don't even know how they got my number. I never inquired about any home improvements, nor was I ever interested in any. Starting Sunday morning, they've called me 10+ times a day. I answered one Sunday afternoon and told the person I had no interest and to remove my number. A couple hours later it started again, coming from different phone numbers. I block each new number, then they call from a different number. What a terrible, dishonest, overly aggressive business.
I had an appointment with ****************** from infinity home improvement for new gutters on my home in ********. ******** was very helpful and polite to assist me in getting the best solution for my home.
We had Infinity replace our deck with a new foundation and fabricated decking. They did a quality job from start to finish. The salesman gave us projected dates for measurement, start and completion of the project and all dates were met. Every time we called with questions our calls were returned immediately. I chose this company to have my garage roof replaced due to it leaking & my insurance company threatening to drop my coverage if I did not get it repaired.
