Best car buying experience ever. Don Sparks was our salesperson, he was so patient with our crying baby during the test drive and very enjoyable to work with the entire time. Rob and Kevin were also awesome to work with and everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Would definitely return to buy a car from the again!
I just had the worst customer service at Tim Dahle Infiniti. Apparently a 3rd party site was trying to drum up trade ins so they made me an appt with the sales team (or so they say). When my boyfriend took time off work to take my car in for me, they had no idea who he was or why he was there. And then had the audacity to offer me $13500 on a car that I had purchased at that dealership 2 years ago for over $30,000. I love Infiniti's but I will NEVER be purchasing another car from them.
If you want a smooth, high-performance, luxury car ... buy an Infiniti! We had the best experience with Rob Thomas and Don Sparks - both very friendly, patient, and just awesome to work with. World-class service!
