Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my whole life. So disappointed and upset by how condescending and rude this entire place is. They ruined my brakes and then made me feel like it was somehow my fault after continuously lying about it. I then brought it back in to the "service" area to speak to the manager who I expected to resolve my problem. Trevor in the service department is by far the most experienced and honest service writer I have ever worked with. He made me feel valued and even hooked me up with this 2015 Q50 while my car is in the shop. This is the place to buy. Thanks Trevor and Tim Dahle Infiniti.
