This would have been 5 stars. It was after the sale where they lost the points. We purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot, got home and no owners Manuals. They said they would ship one and never did and then quit responding to emails. The next issue we noticed was the remote for the remote start was not there. Was basically told TOO BAD and they could not even tell us if infact it really has remote start as it was advertised with. Both of these items can be purchased for about $100 each on ebay and I am sure they could get them cheape... read more
