The customer service was excellent and the staff was knowledgeable and informative
Bought a vehicle from them had a trade in the told me they were giving me full price to pay it off. Took them almost a month to pay it which it lead into late fees. I have amount left to pay. Tried calling no one will return my calls. Funny how every time I call between the four people I ask for they are never there. Worst place I've had to deal with when it comes to a trade in and they promising to pay off the full amount but then sending in late causing a late fee which I am left to pay and then no one wants to talk to me ... read more
Getting ready for an extended weekend and my maintenance light came on, went on line and set up an appointment for Monday. Dropped by the dealership Saturday to check on drop off service. After speaking with Kevin, he offered to have the vehicle serviced on the spot. Challenge excepted. Had the vehicle back within two hours. Well played Kevin, well played Infiniti Suitland!
Top notch customer service!!! The service area was classy, clean and comfortable!!! Didn't realize I was there for 2 hours. The service personnel were professional, courteous and polite. I love the Infiniti I currently drive....but when I'm ready for a new one... I definitely know where to go. 😊😊😊
I went in to have my brakes serviced and Customer Service was Absolutely Awesome!!! I was given a loaner vehicle so I could run some additional errands while my vehicle was being serviced!!! Upon returning and picking up my vehicle, I was very pleased with the fact that my vehicle had been cleaned inside and out as a Complimentary Service!!! I was beyond pleased and very grateful!!!
