RecommendedThey are very professional when it comes to service but you have to watch them when it comes to the making you to do additional work. I’ve done a lot of what I call preventive maintenance and when I bring my car in for scheduled maintenance they ALWAYS try to get me to do what I’ve already done. They Will Try They’re Hand & Get You With Unnecessary Maintenance If You Let Them !!!

I will only have my 2017 Q60 serviced at Infiniti of Suitland. I have tried other dealerships in the area and they just can't match the service received at Suitland. I bought my Infiniti from passport Infiniti and purchased the prepaid maintenance program at purchase. Every time that I’ve gotten the car serviced, the service has been exceptional and they’ve gotten me out on time and when promised and washed the car before giving it back to me
Ray and Isa were amazing! I asked one million questions and they answered every single one of them with a smile 😁 My new car is so much fun to drive! I’m praying the service department is as amazing as the sales department. We shall see💕
