I came in because of a strange noise coming from my fan assembly (all I knew at the time was that it sounded belt-associated); the service team knew exactly what was wrong, why it had failed, and how to fix it. Granted, I sat there for four hours while it was fixed, but it didn't cost a dime and my oil change/tire rotation occurred simultaneously.
