They always get it right first time
2 hours after getting a oil change both warning ⚠️ indicators came on. unacceptable for the price of a oil change.

The service department is trash and I’ve spent 8k on repairs and they have had my car for 3 months and keep saying they can’t find the problem. Consumer affairs was contacted.

I came in because of a strange noise coming from my fan assembly (all I knew at the time was that it sounded belt-associated); the service team knew exactly what was wrong, why it had failed, and how to fix it. Granted, I sat there for four hours while it was fixed, but it didn't cost a dime and my oil change/tire rotation occurred simultaneously.
