Excellent customer service.
Shopping around as an out of state buyer. Interested in buying a Audi from this place, but the customer service is horrible and disappointing. I have done several deals with dealerships out of state and this is the first that has left me shocked on how they treat customers. Surprisingly at this age we’re it’s digital and your literally have text threads. We do our best to ensure our customers get the best value and most competitive pricing on all vehicles. We are sorry if either of these caused any inconvenience or confusion.
While it took a little longer to complete this job than was initially projected, the final product and the customer service were both outstanding! Right down to providing me a driver so I could go get some lunch! I couldn’t be more pleased about their customer service!

I don’t like the smell coming from your ventilation system. Triggers my allergies and gives me a headache. I expect a car dealership to smell like new cars, not potpourri. It’s the little things.
