I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Passport Infiniti of Suitland! Remi Bamidele and Nomi (sp) were very professional and did not pressure us. In fact, what was refreshing is that Remi was more concerned that we found a car that we liked than making a sale! Nomi was very knowledgeable of the car's features and patient. I HIGHLY recommend this dynamic duo of professionals.

My experience has been terrible with Infiniti of Suitland on two different occasions. I dropped my car off for a oil change, picked it up and went home. The next day my driveway was covered in oil. I contacted Infiniti on multiple occasions via phone and I was informed I MUST pay for my own vehicle to be towed back to Infiniti as well as, hung up on. Just got to Tyson's Corner or Annapolis.
they sold me a Lemon and wont fix it had a car 34 days and rear end falls out and they wont fix it
The attentive customer service was out of this world!!!!! Isa and his thorough team of Takema, Courtney, and Anthony were outstanding. Isa was very knowledgeable and explained all of my affordable options clearly! I ❤️ My new RIDE 😬😬
