My experience was below my expectation. My last service visit for my 2007 M45 was for a scheduled maintenance/lube & oil. After I arrived home, I checked the engine, and it was very evident that very little, if any, of the multi point services had been performed. The engine bonnet/cover still had a heavy layer of undisturbed dust- no smudges, no indication of removal of any kind. The service here is great. I brought in my nissan versa for an oil change and it was done in a couple hours. Which gave me plenty of time to run some errands. As soon as I returned my was brought to me fast.
