service is always excellent! picking up the vehicle is always tedious and time consuming.
I was thoroughly satisfied with the assistance I received from my sales rep Gill. Buying a new car is very enduring, but Gill made it as easiest as possible. Even after I singed the contract and picked up the car, his assistance was great. All sales people shold be like him.
Jodie is very friendly and helpful. Kept in contact thorughout the sales process.
After a long day of searching for a car, getting to Metro Nissan was our best decision, as soon as we arrived we were greeted by Sam which soon became our best friend in this, he made it easy for us to decide and negotiating was actually fun for once....we are super happy with our 2013 Nissan Rouge :)
Rick was very friendly and knowledge about the Highlander. From my understanding Rick was new so didn't know how to handle the entire sales process but was actively involved during a senior sales associate closing the transaction.
Service department is very helpful, They help me learn things also about my car besides the servicing and I really appreciate that.
Drove in for an oil change and engine problems and drove out with a new (used) car that I really wanted. Jim was very helpful throughout the day getting everything together.
