They practice in bait and switch. Go elsewhere. This is not the place. My experiences today explains why Mike Ward Infiniti is the number one dealer in Colorado
They always have excellent service. Snacks very comfortable place to be at while you wait for your vehicle service.

Do not buy a car from this place. We bought a 2017 q50 with 5k miles and check engine light has came up twice!! Manager Mark Polites attempted to trade in car for a more expensive car. We already bought above retail and wanted us to pay high retail again... such a disappointment! They sold us a lemon for high retail..$5k over KBB!
Had to do a recall on my fx35, was told I would get a loaner for the day to ride to work, I ended up waiting there until the work was done 2 hours later because I was not wearing a suit, I was on my work clothes, felt a little depreciated by the staff.
