The best car buying experience I have ever had. The sales people were very helpful but not pushy. They were able to text me pictures of the vehicle I was interested in. Negotiations were simple, fair, and expeditious. A full tank of gas and freshly detailed car completed a great experience.

My close friend has been living an absolute nightmare because of Infiniti of Denver. Four months after buying a used car from them, the turbo blows, destroying the engine. Because he didn't buy a warranty, the dealer left him with a $10,000 repair bill, plus insisted he still make the payments on the car that was now scrap metal. Because of the contracts, there is little recourse he can take, and Infiniti is a... read more

Business response:

Also, on a side note. The fashion show benefits Urban Peak, a nonprofit assisting at risk & homeless youth. The Wine Event benefits STARS.- STARS provided life changing experiences for over 453 clients and over 13,000 hours of programming for individuals with autism, cognitive and physical disabilities, Wounded Warriors and their families. Both great causes.

If you sell a lemon, cough up up the responsibility. Copied from Alex Olsen. Last October I bought a used car from Infiniti of Denver - four months later (after normal driving to and from the office) the turbo blew, destroying the engine. I feel they should acknowledge the fact that they sold a bad product and issue a refund. Instead, they feel they have no responsibility, even though their salesman said the turbo was "totally fine, it has less than 60,000 on it", and left me with at least $9,500 in repairs, plus still havin... read more
