I purchased my 2017 Infiniti Q50 at Infiniti of Denver last June. Two weeks after I bought it the check engine light came on. My car has been in the shop 7 times for diffrent mechanical and electrical issues. All covered by warranty at least. The inconvenience sucks but most of all the feeling of not having a safe dependable vehicle is the worst. amazing customer service! we traveled all the way from Grand Junction to get a piece fixed due to the laziness and lack of knowledge from our home town Nissan Dealer.. They kept us up to date on everything that was going on! Kudos to Chris for such an amazing job and all the wonderful mechanics!

The guy told me i had “2” masters air flow sensors say it be 400 a piece for them so i say im go to autozone and get it and he tried to talk me out of it but it was only lil over $100 at auto zone so why wouldn’t i, get to autozone they informed me it’s only one maf sensor... so first lie get back he still says “so you only got one” i said its only one .. he says ok im see what i can do... either he tried to get over on me or just didn’t know what he was talking about either way im not convinced my car is in good hands guess... read more
