I see lots of good online reviews for Infiniti of Bellevue – my experience was literally Terrible. My wife’s car was recently totaled by a very bad hail storm and her car was her baby. Alyssa was great but I thought unnecessary items were added as recommendations and it was a rip off with more than $3,300 in invoice. I had changed tires 2 year back from them and now they recommended changing again, I would suggest to be careful as they are trying to upsell and add unnecessary items, this is the first time I felt though I have been servicing from them since I bought the car from them in 2017.
