Wonderful group at Infiniti! Husband and I drove three hours from Mississippi to check out (purchased) a vehicle we had seen online. Jeff Jones was wonderful. Answered all our questions without hesitation, never pushy, good sense of humor, and very polite. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Have never been to a car dealership like this. Got my 2nd Infiniti on Labor Day. Salesman Jerry was amazing as always. However, I’m quite disappointed. Whoever they had “detail” the car did a very lousy job. The car was just hosed off. The following day I had to clean BBQ sauce off of the passenger door ( inside) cup holder in the front, as well as out of the back seat cup holders. If I’m spending $42,000 on a vehicle, I expect to not have to clean BBQ sauce up . When I received an email the following day to ask if my needs were met, I mentioned the lousy cleaning job. HORRIBLE service!!! We’d been in communication with the salesman all WEEK. SCHEDULED an APPOINTMENT to PURCHASE and the MANAGER pulled the car the night before for “auction”. Didn’t tell the salesman nor us. All he said was it was a mistake. The car was still there. Why not simply take it off the auction list as sold? I will never use nor do I recommend Infiniti of BTR. Drive to New Orleans if need be or use another dealer altogether!

I had a great experience at Infiniti on Saturday. David walked us through our options and made the buying process easy, quick and painless. I typically hate the car shopping experience but at Infiniti, it is always a pleasure! This is my second Q60 because they treat their customers so well and I love this vehicle. The service department is fantastic as well!
