Prior to owning this G37 I owned 2 Acuras, a TL and CL-S, I found that Acura has a better set up as far as service goes, but that’s my own opinion. They would have gotten 5 stars if not for the fact I had to be there 3 times in 10 Days due to their ‘inspection’ of my car severely lacking in any kind of actual ‘inspecting’. Otherwise, I was pleased with the overall experience.
Their service department is outstanding. Every time I come in, they go above and beyond to keep me happy. I actually enjoy getting my car serviced and trust them completely.
