Worst service experiences in Lafayette but always a pleasure to deal with Infiniti of Baton Rouge. From this point on, if I have any problems with my Infiniti, I am calling Infiniti of Baton Rouge. It's worth the drive to Baton Rouge to deal with a very knowledgeable and friendly service department. There really is no comparison!!
I had the best service experience. I just went to change my oil and they changed the battery in my key fob and reset all of my alerts! I asked for an estimate for new tires and was given 3 different choices along with the price and actual print out of all the tire information. Thanks!

Good customer service every time I go but this time I wasn't greeted when I walked in by the representative at desk, I had to greet her, but then she apologized for that and everyone was very nice and making sure all my needs were met.
