When I first got there they were all super nice and willing to help until we actually started the IUI’s and the real adittudes showed. The staff are so rude and don’t care about the patients at all. I was even told I was a “demanding wench” from the nurse practitioner. Dr. Robin was always nice when we talked to her, however she was barely around for questions and it was hard to get a hold of her in general. I loved doctor Robin is amazing but there staff isn't the greatest I wish they we make appointment faster not wait for the last minute.
