My daughter started The New Hope Center due to a recommendation. The clinic is 3 and 1/2 hours (one way) from her home. At first they seemed very patient oriented, however it didn’t take long to realize that they are only in it for the money and that caused my daughter’s care to slip through cracks. Meds called in late or to the wrong pharmacy. Many messages left with no return calls. They told my daughter that they needed to do bloodwork on her and she told them she had already had bloodwork done. My son in law had to bring... read more

I have to say I initially had not the greatest experience with previous staff that was there. But Dr Robin and Jan turned it around completely for me. They have helped understand so much more about my pcos. I love their drive to solve the complex puzzle that is the female reproductive system. They were always there with positivity and encouragement to not give up. I am not 20 weeks with my rainbow baby that took almost 9 years to conceive. I couldn't have done it without them ❤

Dr. Robin actually listened to us and our concerns which was a far cry different from the clinic we tried first. I will say that their communication does need to improve and it would have been nice to see Dr. Robin more than we did but we are so happy we switched. We are expecting our little girl in June and couldn’t be happier. Jan is phenomenal and we wished we could have continued to see her throughout our pregnancy.

I want to start out by saying Dr. Robin is amazing! If it wasn't for her I would not be pregnant right now. She was so kind and gave me information in a way I would understand and gave me hope even after my first failed IVF cycle. With that said, the communication in this office is awful. You have to call multiple times and most of the time are given the run around. When I went through my first IVF cycle I was really nervous and didn't know what to expect. Was told I would get my protocol info at the beginning of May. I had ... read more

Everything about this place is amazing! From the front desk team, to the nurses that take time to talk about how its going to the IVF nurses, Ericia and Jamiha! I went thru 3 cycles and honestly wouldn't have made it without the team! They took there time with me and made me feel like they were on this journey as well. You definitely need to keep this team! Even Carrie in billing is amazing. This journey has not been easy but when you have amazing souls walking with you...then you can get thru it. Thank you so much for your ... read more

It’s taken me a while I have a clear mind and decide exactly what to write for this review. My wife and I attempted to start our journey with having a child in high hopes back in the beginning of July. We had met with Dr. Robin who, at the time, seemed very positive, reassuring, and had a firm plan of action. My wife had lab work done and to this day, she is still waiting to hear back the results from Dr. Robin. So, now, we are left to find a reliable physician to interpre...Continue Reading

In early July, my husband and I liked how things were done at the facility. We were able to get some tests done in a short amount of time. Then we were waiting and heard nothing by the end of July, and the same for August. Apparently, the clinic was supposed to call me in July with our lab results and call in prescriptions for me. I had to call NHC 5 or 6 times in 1 day to get anyone to answer my questions. The receptionists keep saying they'll get someone to call back, and no one ever does. I got to talk to Dr. Robin 1 time... read more

My husband and I have been anxiously awaiting our first appointment with Dr. Robin but we’re notified two days before that my husband will not be able to attend the appointment with me. Due to their new COVID policies, “support” people are not allowed. I understand children, friends, or other relatives but this is as much my husband’s appointment as it is mine as WE are trying to conceive. This is a very emotional journey for us and to expect me to start it alone is unacceptable and very disappointing. To add, they are also ... read more

Business response:

Nikkie, we thank you for your feedback. Right now, COVID-19 is extremely serious and we want to protect both our patients and our entire staff. Our rules and restrictions are a nationwide practice. While we certainly understand the emotional component of infertility, safety and your health come first. We do allow the use of a phone, IPad, Duo, or other forms of contact with your significant other during the process. One of the forms of protection we have is a COVID-19 screening that was implemented as soon as the tests becam... read more
