Going to New Hope with my wife after failed IuI’s at her OB, Dr.Robin welcomed us with a giant smile and warming hug. She listened to us and gave her suggestions. never once did we feel pressured into anything . When I say , so professional and sweet. She is a walking angel. Her passion and love shoes. We started the IVF process and have such high hopes . Erica the Nurse was great when it came time to teach me shots for my wife and Tammy the Financial department is very detailed and easy to work with. Love this place
Dr. Robin is fantastic but wasn't around for the events that happened after the first initial appointment. I felt like the staff was cold, rude and unprofessional. I was only at the clinic for 2 weeks and needed to go back to my regular ob for a procedure. Trying to get my records was a nightmare. It took so long to get them sent and they ended up sending 250 some pages of canceled results and nothing that my ob could actually use. Now I have to go have all of that testing done over again. I’ve only been going here for a couple weeks now but let me tell you, from our first consult with Dr. Robin, we felt like we were at home! We had a very informative meeting and learned so much! Dr. Robin took her time in answering any questions we had. All the staff is so wonderful every time I come in there! Highly recommend 100%
After a tubal miscarriage and then 10 years of infertility we moved to this area and we’re lucky enough to hear about Dr. Robin. Once we met her we were completely comfortable and at ease and the whole infertility process became less of a struggle and moreOf a journey the supportive friends. Less than a year later we were proud to welcome our miracles Bryan and Sean very healthy twin boys. Bryan and Sean are now freshman in college. We still think Dr. Robin with love!
My husband and I had our first appointment at new hope back in January of this year. After our first appointment with Dr Robin I felt so hopeful and was ready to start trying whatever she thought was best! After one try with INVOcell we found out we were expecting in March of this year and just brought our baby girl into this world. I couldn’t be more thankful for everyone we met at New Hope along our journey, everyone was so caring and I loved walking through those doors
I am SOOOO excited to being my journey with Dr Robin and her whole staff! She has to be one of the most caring and uplifting people I have ever met!
