We are very pleased with the Trane furnace XV80 and “the service after the installation.” The installation team Frank, Joe, John and the service tech Shawn were very professional, friendly, helpful and skillful. They left the place the same as before the installation. Murphy convinced me to install just one humidifier to the first floor furnace. I had a problem with my boiler and needed a heating professional to fix it. I called and instead of immediately coming out, he walked me through some steps to see if it was a simple fix. My thoughts, wow....an honest heating guy. I found them to be professional, knowledgeable and honest. That is a rare find these days and is why they are my HVAC guys

Called Adam when my 1950's furnace decided to start leaking carbon monoxide during the coldest days this winter (8*F). Adam was very professional and courteous. Came out the next day to remove the old unit, and install a brand new one in 3 hours! It has been a month now and I can't be any happier. New heating unit works perfectly

Had Indoor Comfort Team install forced air heat in our bottom floor Edwardian. They stuck to the quote and the timeline. Everyone who worked on the project at our house was extremely professional and accommodating. Our HOA had a lot of questions up front that Indoor was happy to answer promptly. The job was very well done and they cleaned up everything each day. They even came back after the install when I had a question about it (turned out to be an unrelated issue)
