Too expensive for a crappy area and my apartment has flooded 4 times from the upstairs apartment and nobody seems too concerned...everything is put together cheap, the pool has been chained up on the weekend for no reason other than someone decided not to unlock it until 1pm, the "security" gates break constantly, and the list goes on...i resigned my lease (which I regret) just because I don't wanna move right now, and I get to pay MORE...smh
